1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any service on ChungDoi (chungdoi.com), you agree to be bound by these terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the service.
ChungDoi may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
2. Account and registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account (email, couple details, etc.).
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
Each account is intended for use by a single couple. Sharing an account for commercial purposes is not allowed without a separate written agreement with ChungDoi.
ChungDoi reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these terms, without prior notice.
3. Intellectual property
All wedding invitation templates, illustrations, effects, source code, and content on chungdoi.com are designed and developed by the ChungDoi team and are owned by ChungDoi.
You are granted a personal license to use the invitation you create for your own wedding. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or share the template source code in any form.
Content you upload (wedding photos, personal information, guest messages) remains your property. You grant ChungDoi the right to display that content as part of the service.
Unauthorized copying or use of ChungDoi templates will be pursued under applicable law.
4. Payments and plans
Prices are published at chungdoi.com/en/pricing. Prices may change over time but changes do not affect invitations already paid for.
ChungDoi supports multiple payment processors: SePay (Vietnam QR transfer), Paymentwall (international cards), LemonSqueezy (Taiwan).
Once payment succeeds, the invitation is activated immediately and view limits are removed.

5. Prohibited conduct
Using the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes, or to infringe on the rights of others.
Posting content that is offensive, obscene, violent, discriminatory, or that otherwise violates community standards.
Interfering with the system: scraping, DDoS attacks, exploiting security vulnerabilities, or any unauthorized automation.
Impersonating others, falsifying information, or misusing another person's personal data.
Copying, redistributing, or reselling ChungDoi templates and intellectual property.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as-is" basis. ChungDoi makes reasonable efforts to maintain uptime but does not guarantee 100% availability.
ChungDoi is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service (for example, a wedding event not going as expected due to technical issues beyond our control).
ChungDoi's maximum aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the total fees you have paid for the related service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You acknowledge that ChungDoi is not the organizer of your wedding. All event-related responsibilities remain with you and your real-world vendors.
7. Termination
You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting ChungDoi.
ChungDoi may terminate or suspend the service to any account that seriously violates these terms.
After termination, invitations and related data are deleted per the privacy policy. Payment records are retained for the minimum period required by tax and accounting regulations.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
Any disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Failing that, disputes will be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Vietnam.
