Names and family details of the bride, groom, and relatives (to display on the invitation).
Email address (for account login and notifications).
Wedding photos and personal images (to display on the invitation).
Wedding event details: date, time, venue (to display on the invitation).
Messages and wishes submitted by your guests.
Payment information (processed by payment gateways; ChungDoi does not store card details).
2. How we use your information
To create and display your online wedding invitation.
To manage your account and authenticate logins.
To process payments and deliver the service.
To provide customer support via Messenger and email.
To improve the quality of the service and the user experience.
3. Data protection
All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/SSL).
Passwords are hashed before storage; we never store them in plaintext.
Only authorized staff can access stored data, on a need-to-know basis.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.
Regular backups guard against data loss and service incidents.
4. Third-party services
Google Maps: display the wedding venue location.
Google Analytics: anonymous traffic analytics.
Payment gateways: SePay (Vietnam QR transfer), Paymentwall (international cards), LemonSqueezy (Taiwan). None of these store card data on ChungDoi servers.
5. Your rights
View, edit, or delete your personal information at any time.
Delete your account and all associated data.
Opt out of email notifications.
Request an export of your personal data.
