How to fix image upload issues

Large photos can take longer to process, especially on mobile networks. Try again on a stable Wi-Fi connection or compress the photo before uploading.

If you are uploading many gallery images, add them in smaller batches.

Some in-app browsers handle photos differently. If upload fails inside a chat app, open ChungDoi in Safari, Chrome, or your phone's default browser and try again.
