How to delete your ChungDoi account
Delete your own account, and what happens to your wedding invitation afterward.
Delete your account from Settings
Log in at chungdoi.com, click your avatar in the top-right corner, then choose Account. Scroll to the bottom of the page and you'll see a red "Delete Account" section.
Click it, type the email you're logged in with to confirm, then click "Delete my account". Your account is deactivated immediately.
You have 30 days to change your mind
Your account isn't deleted right away - you have 30 days to recover it. If you change your mind, simply log back in during that window and you'll be asked whether you want to restore your account.
After 30 days, your account and wedding invitation are permanently deleted and can no longer be recovered.
What happens to your wedding invitation
As soon as you delete your account, your wedding invitation stops being visible to guests (the share link shows as not found), even though it's still saved for the first 30 days if you restore your account.
Transaction records (if you ever paid) are kept separately as required by accounting regulations, independent of the account deletion.
