How publishing and unpublishing works

Published invitations are visible
When an invitation is published, anyone with the link can open it. This is the right state when you are ready to share with guests.
If you are still editing sensitive details, keep the invitation unpublished until you finish reviewing it.
Unpublish to pause access
Unpublishing temporarily prevents guests from viewing the invitation. You can publish it again when you are ready.
