Guests confirm from the invitation
When RSVP is enabled, guests can confirm attendance directly on the invitation. Their answers are saved to your guest dashboard.
If a guest uses a personalized link, their response is connected to their guest record automatically.
Use custom RSVP questions when needed
If you need details beyond attending or not attending, add custom RSVP questions for meal choices, transport, song requests, notes for the couple, or anything your planning team needs to know.
Guests answer these questions from the RSVP form. Their answers stay with the guest record, so open the guest list or RSVP report when you need the full details.
Review responses regularly
Use the RSVP report to see who is attending, who has declined, and who has not replied yet. This is especially helpful when preparing seating, meals, transport, or follow-up messages.
Languages in the RSVP form
If your invitation has more than one language turned on, the RSVP form shows all of them automatically: the heading, the field labels, the attending choices, and the thank-you screen. You do not need to fill anything in for this part.
Custom questions are your own wording, so those you write per language: tap the question row in the editor to open its panel, with one box per language. The first language in your list is the primary one, so reorder it if you want another language to appear first.
