Wait briefly and refresh

Some payment providers take a short time to confirm. Wait a moment, then refresh the dashboard and check the invitation status again.

Make sure you paid from the correct invitation payment screen, not from an old screenshot or unrelated QR code.

Contact support with proof

If the status still does not update, contact support with the email or phone number on your account, the invitation link, payment time, amount, and a screenshot of the successful transfer.
